I love days where I can mix business with pleasure. Last week, I had a lovely working lunch with my friend and founder of Plush Salon in White Plains, NY and the uber popular PLUSHBLOW dry bar locations around Westchester and Fairfield County, Miss Kristy Rotonde. I love when we get together, because working with this brand always makes me feel beautiful. Maybe because everything they dabble in is to make that feeling come to light for their clients.
What’s better than to talk about hair and beauty products? Add some fantastic food and cappuccinos to go along with it. I met Kristy and her assistant Jodi at the Wi-Fi friendly Le Pain Quotidien in Rye, right down the street form Kristy’s first PLUSHBLOW location.
Between the Social Media Strategy chatter and the delicious eats, the lunch was not only satisfying, it was productive too.
Make sure to follow Plush on their Instagram pages here and here. The hair inspiration is abundant and their Plush Quotes always merit a screen shot save.
Take a peek at the #foodporn below. One thing that grabbed my attention about Le Pain Quotidien besides their wall of freshly baked bread, is the pile of children’s books provided by the Rye Public Library in a sea of communal tables for kids to enjoy. That’s one thing I adore, books. Take a peek below and stop by their food is as good as it looks.
